  7. code and an executable that shows how to access and write to the desktop
  8. screen. NEW: draws several types of objects including elipses, dots, and
  9. rectangles.

  12. bitmap processor. You can negate, posterize, high and low pass filter, edge

  23. provides file caching and disk compression. Features include efficient LRU

  26. functions, and more. VB sample source and an executable demo are included.

  29. Help Database Development Kit. It includes two royalty-free help engines and
  30. a help compiler with a built-in cross reference tool. This allows you to
  31. write one help text source and compile it to many different targets.

  34. and much more.

  48. It organizes your test suites and reduces the frustration normally
  49. encountered in running them in a multiple-tester environment. Suite Maker
  50. allows the user to specify the command line arguments, scripts, and order of
  51. execution for a suite and save them for future modification.

  54. and data files from a distribution floppy to a hard drive.

  57. Turbo Debugger for Windows when using an SVGA card.

  62. Increased File Handle Libraries 1.0 [VCNTXF]  (reg. fee: $0) contains Visual
  63. C++ libraries that allow the use of up to 256 handles or up to 128 streams.

  65. ARIS Visual Diff for Windows 1.1 [vdiff]  (Alexander Riedel, reg. fee: $20)
  66. is a programmer's utility to visually compare two text files. Differences
  67. are shown in different colors (deleted=red, inserted=green and
  68. changed=blue). The two compared files are shown in two syncronized windows,
  69. and file sizes are limited only to available memory.
